Deposit 

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all styles. Your deposit will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via Zelle at the time of your appointment. 

Hair Preparation 

Please arrive with your hair clean, completely blown out, dry, and free of any products. Once you book a hairstyle, your selection is final and cannot be changed, so please be sure of your choice before booking. 

Late Policy 

15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 

Rescheduling & Cancellations 

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in your deposit being forfeited.
