Booking & Deposit

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all styles and is applied to your total. Remaining balance is due cash or Zelle at your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable.

Sunday VIP Appointments
Sunday appointments require an additional $100 VIP fee (non-refundable).

Hair Preparation
Hair must be clean, fully blown out, dry, and product-free. Style selections are final once booked. Improper prep may result in cancellation.

Late Policy
15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be charged.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows
No-shows forfeit their deposit. Rebooking after a no-show requires 50% upfront.

Service Concerns
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. All services are final. No refunds will be issued. Adjustments, if approved, must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

Guests & Safety
Please arrive alone. The salon reserves the right to refuse service for health, safety, or policy violations.
